Chalet Grande Ourse

The Grande Ourse chalet is a must in our selection. Soaring glass walls fill a warm, cathedral-ceilinged living room with light, anchored by a striking fireplace, while amenities in the tradition of the finest hotels — an outdoor spa, sauna, private cinema and billiard room — complete the setting.

Here, mountain authenticity meets effortless comfort, for a stay that is quietly exceptional. For two decades, Chalet Grande Ourse has shone in our selection as a sure bet, timeless. Twenty years of accumulating smiles, memories, delighted feedback from our guests.

A chalet that weathers the trends without aging. Both close to the village and perfectly peaceful, it achieves this rare feat: offering accessibility without sacrificing tranquility. Shops and restaurants within reach, serenity preserved in your garden.

The perfect balance. Generous volumes, complete amenities, refined décor, stunning views of the Serre Chevalier valley... Chalet Grande Ourse doesn't rely on a single selling point.

It accumulates strengths until it becomes self-evident. How many guests have found here their headquarters for embarking on their finest memories? From children's first ski runs to epic summer hikes, the chalet has been the silent witness to thousands of precious moments.

Sauna for post-exercise recovery, outdoor spa for relaxation under the stars, cinema room for cozy evenings, billiards for friendly challenges... Here, everything comes together so everyone can experience their stay exactly at their own pace, according to their desires of the moment. The chalet drapes itself in an immaculate blanket that transforms the landscape.

The garden becomes a giant workshop where the finest snow constructions are born: monumental snowmen, ambitious igloos, ice fortresses. Children's imagination finds an infinite playground here. In all seasons, Chalet Grande Ourse welcomes with equal efficiency families on vacation, groups of friends seeking adventure, or corporate seminars looking for an inspiring setting.

Its intelligently designed volumes and multiple amenities allow this rare alchemy: experiencing moments all together in collective conviviality, while preserving the possibility of isolating oneself for more intimate moments. The large common areas encourage gatherings, while cozy corners welcome those who need solitude. Well-insulated bedrooms guarantee everyone's rest.

Multiple living zones allow several activities to coexist without getting in each other's way. At Chalet Grande Ourse, twenty years of success don't lie. Some places simply got everything right.
