Chalet Granite Mountain Lodge

Spanning over 680 m² (around 7,000 sq ft), Granite Mountain Lodge is designed to host up to 14 guests in exceptional comfort. (With up to six more guests or accompanying staff in the Annex apartment). Every detail – from the layout to the facilities and the furnishings – reflects its identity as a custom-designed family home, rather than a typical rental property.

Unusually for Chamonix, the Lodge is fully accessible, with an elevator serving all floors, step-free access, wide doorways, and a paved pathway throughout the grounds. One bedroom has a fully accessible bathroom. The Lodge features six large ensuite bedrooms, including a contemporary dormitory that works beautifully for children, teenagers or close friends.

Guests often remark “Each of the bedrooms is great, there are no bad ones.” Generous storage, high‑quality linens and carefully considered lighting make each room a calm, welcoming place to unwind after time in the mountains. Unusually for Chamonix, each of the bedrooms benefits from air conditioning units, ensuring comfort even on the hottest days and nights. Sleeping up to 14 guests, the layout suits multi‑generational families, groups of friends or small corporate retreats looking for both shared and private spaces.

An additional six people can be accommodated in the Annex, an on-site apartment only available together with the Lodge. At the heart of Granite Mountain Lodge is a truly spectacular living room — an expansive, double-height space crowned by soaring ceilings and framed by dramatic picture windows that look directly onto the Mont Blanc massif. This grand salon is a place to gather on deep sofas, share stories beside the fire, or simply sit back and take in uninterrupted alpine views.

The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly from this impressive space, creating an elegant setting for memorable evenings together. A fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen sits conveniently nearby, designed to support relaxed cooking or chef-prepared meals without ever detracting from the focus on the chalet’s remarkable living areas. An elegant library and games room provides a more intimate retreat, with shelves of books and ample space for board games or card nights.

When desired, the room transforms into a private cinema, featuring a 4K projector, 305 cm (11.5 ft) drop-down screen, Netflix, Apple TV and PlayStation 5 — perfect for film evenings or watching live sport in comfort. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated office with a 27″ monitor and laptop connectivity offers a practical workspace, thoughtfully positioned to keep work discreetly separate from the chalet’s main living and entertaining spaces. Up to six additional guests or staff can be accommodated in the Annex, a 80 m² on-site apartment.

Located near the entrance to the grounds, it is only available in conjunction with the Lodge.
