On 245m² of living space, a master suite and two double rooms provide space for up to 6 people. The architecturally extraordinary spacious hall and the charming, traditional parlor ensure unforgettable and relaxing hours. Enjoyable on 245² and 3 floors.

Abundant wood and indirect light create an incomparable atmosphere, making every holiday an unforgettable experience. The charming Austrian parlor is a 19th-century gem, with a beautiful coffered ceiling and a cozy tiled stove. There's no better place to relax after a meal than on the stove bench.

Skiing holiday like it used to be! The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto one of the house's four private terraces, perfect for soaking up the sun and admiring the view of the snow-covered Omeshorn. Spend your best days of the year with your whole family with us.

Our house convinces with a quiet, central location in the middle of the idyllic ski area and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains – only about 5 minutes walk from the village centre. The town of Lech is characterized by a unique diversity of excellent gastronomy and offers numerous events as well as cultural and sport leisure activities. In order to start your day comfortably, we will be happy to prepare your personal ski passes or summer passes in advance.
