When the owners of Apartment Chavinaud were looking for their dream Alpine escape, it was the convenience of a 1 hour transfer from Geneva with their small children which first drew them to Les Gets. Having found the perfect resort, the design and positioning of Chavinaud sealed it for them and they chose a combination of their childrens names to christen the property. With all rooms conveniently situated on the same level, this penthouse apartment occupies the entire top floor of the building and spans a total of 210m².

The luxurious open plan living space is positioned at the front of the property and benefits from magnificent views across the Les Gets slopes. The roaring log fire splits the room, with a beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area to one side and a luxurious lounge area to the other, all leading out onto a large covered balcony where you’ll find the hot tub. What better place to enjoy that well-earned glass of bubbles after a day on the slopes!

Comfortably sleeping up to 14 people, Apartment Chavinaud boasts 5 spacious and fabulously appointed en suite bedrooms, 4 of these include super king beds, with the largest also including a triple bunk. The fifth bedroom / kids room has a triple bunk and includes a large comfy lounge and play area, perfect for an evening wind-down after an exciting day on the slopes and sure to be a firm favourite with families. The property is in the centre of town so everything is on the doorstep, including Les Gets bustling high street, a broad selection of amazing restaurants and bars, the well known Sources du Chéry spa, a number of equipment rental shops and anything else you could need during your stay. The slopes of Les Gets are also quite literally a stone’s throw from the property. At the very front of the property and overlooking the slopes of Les Gets is an amazing open plan living area.

The fireplace has been cleverly positioned in the centre of the space, between the living and dining areas, allowing everyone to come together as one yet simultaneously affording the feeling of two distinct rooms. The front aspect of the room has been glazed from floor to ceiling, meaning whether you’re the nominated chef for the evening, or it’s your turn to sink into the big luxurious sofa and enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail, you’re not missing out on that amazing Alpine vista.
