The duplex penthouse apartment n°F21, located at the top of the Falcon resort (top floor of chalet F), features a surface area of 206 m² and can sleep up to 12 guests, maximum of 6 adults. This penthouse apartment includes three bedrooms with a double bed, a dormitory room with two bunkbeds, a cabin-styled room with a bunkbed, as well as four bathrooms.

The living room features a lounge area with a TV, a fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The apartment also boasts two large furnished terraces, complete with a jacuzzi. The chalet features a walk-in closet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and cooking utensils, etc.
