Villa Paznauner

There are 2 private chalets sharing the pool and wellness which could be rented together. Shining like three cut black diamonds, naturally integrated into a harmony with the Paznaun, three mountain villas were built.

The Villas define the new standards of exclusive contemporary alpine living. The combination of an authentic sense of the pure nature of the Austrian Alps and exceptional luxury settings creates a unique atmosphere that makes an unforgettable memory from each visit. In the Paznauner Villen, you will discover the power of peace, authenticity, and stylish design combined with contemporary alpine living.

Combining the best modern construction technology and the traditional roof shape of the old chalets with their dark wood design makes the Paznauner Villen a fantastic contemporary reminder of how the old Tyrollean chalets used to look. The roofs imitate the mountain silhouette on the opposite side of the valley. The black wood harmonizes naturally with the deep forest, and the structure of the buildings is in ideal balance with its natural environment.

The interior decoration and fitting have been carefully selected with the latest inspiration of contemporary flair, designed and produced exclusively to fit the villas perfectly. To create a unique atmosphere of relaxation and positive energy, we focused our design and material processing based on tradition and innovation. The villas are all equipped with the highest standard of modern furniture and facilities.

The simplicity in design is perfectly harmonized with cozy, alpine-inspired features. Each mountain villa has an exceptional layout concept that separates the living from the sleeping area. The villa benefits from a living room and a dining area that are very comfortable and spacious.

The dining place is located on the top floor of the chalet and has high wood ceilings. The glass walls open onto the balcony and allow you to enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the mountains and let you feel connected with the Alpine nature. Outdoor seating makes the balcony an attractive option for sundowners.

You can also enjoy the comfort of a comfortable sofa in the living area. Overlooking the living room is the open-plan kitchen with Miele appliances. The splendid view can also be enjoyed from a bathroom that includes a free-standing bathtub, overlooking the peaks of the Alps directly.

Downstairs of each chalet, there are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All individually designed bedrooms benefit from large windows offering direct access to private terraces. Consumer electronics and technology features high-speed Wi-Fi, Cable/Satelite TV, Smart Samsung TV, Sound System.

Paznauner Villen symbolizes the height of luxurious alpine living. They are an ideal place to relax and host your next luxury gateway with your family or friends. A private concierge will take care of you during your stay in villas.
